SHIPPING POLICY

• At this time, we only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO boxes.
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order. There are no additional fees; you pay the same rate we do.
• All orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase, and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's progress

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• An order may be cancelled as long as it has not shipped. To cancel an order, reach out to info@augustleeliving.com.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

• We have a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returned orders.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items; only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
• To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at info@augustleeliving.com for instructions on where to send your item.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. A refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

DAMAGES

• We are committed to the quality of our products and take every measure to ensure they are delivered safely. If you receive an item that is damaged or not as shown in the photos, please reach out to us at info@augustleeliving.com within 3 days of receipt, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
• We take pride in offering vintage items in the best possible condition, while recognizing that the condition of each piece may vary.
